DamagermanY Europe and Damagermany Crash!
In collaboration with TekkenTreff, we are proud to present Max Damagermany Tournaments 2012!
This event will consist this time two Tekken 6 and will be held on 16th till 18th March 2011 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The past DamagermanY Tournaments were the biggest tournaments in Europe with more than 150 players from 16 different countries all over the world like South Korea, Japan and USA. Of course we want to proceed this success and we will do everything to make this event better and better in Europe and hope that all players will be satisfied. Damagermany is a Tournament event for the Pro Gamers, done by Pro Gamers. We are looking forward to having the best of the best players in Europe and all over the world. This will probably the last big Tekken 6 tournament in Europe, so don´t miss it !!
Format Designation
Damagermany Europe and Damagermany Crash:
Tekken6 will be played on Sony Playstation 3 Consoles.
TV Issue and Version Rules
As we already know that, especially Tekken 6 has problems with imput lag on different TVs, no matter on what TV we play, there we be always someone who will complain about timing and lag.
Like last year, we will use 16 Iiyama HD Monitors with 0 lag. This Iiyama Model “iiyama prolite 2210HDS” was tested by the top Players and selected as the best monitors for Tekken 6. This model was used in all top Tekken 6 Tournaments in Europe like UT and Tekken Italia Tournament.
We will use the PAL Version of Tekken6.

Tournament Rules:
Damagermany Europe TEKKEN 6 Solo
-First: Groups
- After: Double Elimination
- 60 Seconds
- Best of 5 rounds per game
-Motion Blur: OFF
- Stages: first stage random, then loser chose the next stage
- Group Stage: Best of 3 games, best of 5 rounds
- Knockout Stage: Best of 5 games, best of 5 rounds
- Grand Finals: Best of 5 games, best of 5 rounds
- Groups: If 2 or more players have the same Total Points at the end, the difference of the winning/losing games will be compared between the players first. If it is still equal, then the player who beat his opponent in the Group comes first. If in some cases (for 3 and more players having same total games), a rematch between the players is required inorder to define the ranking in the Group.
- Every Player can only pick up 2 Characters for the whole Tournament, first main and second main
- Every Player must define his 2 characters when he sings up in the forum.
- Both characters will be displayed next to the players name in the sign up list. So all participants can see which characters are common in the tournament and which are not. So they can practice and focus more on those chars.
- Every Player must pick up main character number one, first… and only after losing, he may change to character number 2.
- Winner cannot change character. Only loser can change to character number 2.
- If the player lost again with his second main, he surely can switch back to his first main character.
Damagermany Crash Tekken 6:
Players around the world are allowed to attend this tournament!
- Begins with Double Elimination
- 60 Seconds
- Top 16 matches: Best of 5 games, best of 5 rounds per team
- Top 8 matches: Best of 11 games (FT6), best of 5 rounds per team.
-Motion Blur: OFF
- Stages: first stage random, then loser chose the next stage
Damagermany Crash tournament will have the same rules like the korean Famous Tekken Crash:
- 3 on 3 Tournament
- All team members must be from the same Country
- Every team must have 3 different characters
- Character lock during the whole Tournament
- The order of the players in the team may be changed in every match. Must be declared before though.
- Depending on how many teams we have (max 16 Teams), the tournament will start straight with a Double Elemination knockout Stage.
- Depending on how many teams signed up, the top 16 matches (winner and loser brackets) will be first to three. Starting from the top 8, the games will be first to 6.
- The sides of the teams must be changed after reaching the first to three.

Frankfurt has two Airports: a cheap ryan air airport and one of the biggest international airports in europe.

We have 16 Iiyama Monitors for the tournaments. But we kindly ask if players would be able to support us with more equipment for the event and Freeplay. Please post here if you can help us with TV's, consoles or games. We really need your help. Thank you!
Prize System
For Damagermany Europe Tournament:
The prize structure has been decided as follows
1st – 400 euro + Trophy.
2nd - 200 euro + Trophy
3rd – 100 euro + Trophy
This Prizes are FIXED and GARANTEED this time.
For Damagermany Crash:
The prize structure has been decided as follows
1st – 600 euro + Trophies.
2nd - 300 euro + medals
3rd – 150 euro + medals
This Prizes are FIXED and GARANTEED this time.
This is only the start! If over than 100 players are attending the tournament and if we could get some sponsors then we might raise the prizes for both, the solo and the team tournament.
Event Schedule:
Damagermany will be a 3 days event like last year. We have now a lot of experience after organizing a lot of tournament, and we concluded that, no matter how organized and prepared we were, we were never be able to finish a 160-man tournaments before 6 am the next day. And we are aware that this is the most common complaints of the players. Since we want to organize the best tournament FOR the players… We decided to split the tournaments in 3 days like last year. Not only for the tournaments, but also for freeplay. Since Freeplay is for all players the most important thing in such event. We are also aware that many players have jobs or school and don´t prefer to take extra holiday on Friday, but you will notice that it still possible to attend the event on Friday after your work. So this is how the Schedule will be:
*Friday 16th March:
-15:00: Doors open
15:00-19:00 : Casuals and Warm up
19:00- 01:00 : Tournament starts. Groups/Pools for Damagermany Europe. Top 16 matches Damagermany Crash
22:00- 01:00 : Top 8 matches (loser and winner) of damagermany crash .
You may notice that the tournament will start late in the evening. Not only that, for the players who must work and could not arrive sooner, they are not forced to show up at 19:00, they still be able to show up till 23:00 in the night and play their group matches. The disadvantage of coming so late is that they are not able to warm up before. The players, who don´t appear till 23:00, will be disqualified.
*Saturday 17th March:
12:00 : Doors open
13:00-20:00 : 64 Double Elimination Brackets start, Top 4 damagermany crash (17:00-20:00)
20:00-23:00 : Semi-Finals and Finals LB and WB
23:00-00:00 : Award Ceremony
00:00-07:00 (Sunday): Casuals and Freeplay .
As you noticed, The tourney will start at around 1pm on the 16th and simply spill over to the 17th wrapping the last of the freeplay up and leaving the venue at around 7:00am
Entry Fee
This time we really want to avoid any strangers or idiots among the players who just enter the venue for free and may bother us. Also because it´s a 3 day event, we will require a Fee to enter the venue and a separate fee to participate in one or both tournaments:
- Entry Fee: 10 euro for all 3 days
- Tournament Fee: 15 euro for one Tournament. 30 for both tournaments
Payment: We will announce the payment details as soon as possible. We are looking for a better and a more comfortable payment system for the players. We will keep you in touch.
Guest Players:
Since its only a European Tournament, we will not invite any guests for the solo tournament. However, we might invite a whole team for the team tournament, since everyone is allowed to attend it. But this depends on the donations, sponsors and the number of the participants attending the tournaments. Even though it’s a tekken 6 tournament, many Koreans are still interested to join damagermany crash. So hopefully we can sponsor them to come to Germany. So Stay tuned!

, ik speel mss niet op PSN, of heb geen offline scene, maar 1 persoon die Tekken speelt in mijn buurt. Kyoko wat je zei, dat je niet snapt hoe ik goed kan zijn zonder offline en dat ik op XBL speel gaf me wel een boost, want ik krijg nooit complimenten voor mijn gameplay, dus thanks voor dat. Je Marduk is legit. Je Zafina en Yoshimitsu trouwens ook. Maar ik vind (imo) Marduk die meest bij je stijl past.
